The MicroFLOW M6310 is a compact, all-in-one electromagnetic flowmeter specifically designed for precise flow measurement in small-diameter pipes, covering the full range of DN3 to DN32 ultra-small pipes. It perfectly addresses the challenges of monitoring flow in fine chemicals, laboratory equipment, pure water systems, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, and small process branch pipes, making it a benchmark model for low-flow, high-precision, and integrated measurement.
The entire device features an ultra-compact and lightweight design, making it small in size and taking up minimal installation space. It can easily be adapted to adaptation narrow spaces in equipment, compact piping systems, and embedded installation scenarios, thereby completely addressing the drawbacks of traditional flow meters, which are large in size and unable to accommodate small-diameter equipment. The instrument supports three installation methods: threads, clamps, and flanges, allowing for flexibility in adapting to various conditions such as clean piping, industrial pipelines, and equipment accessories. It features flexible installation, reliable sealing, and exceptional versatility.
The device utilizes standard 24VDC industrial external power supply, is compatible with automated equipment cabinets and production line control systems, and supports continuous and uninterrupted stable operation for 24 hours. It responds quickly and synchronizes data in real-time, fully meeting the requirements for continuous monitoring of automated processes. The core is equipped with a precise excitation measurement algorithm, featuring no mechanical moving parts, no pressure loss, and no blockages. It remains accurate and stable when measuring pure water, pharmaceutical solutions, acids, bases, and low-flow media.
It supports integrated monitoring of temperature and pressure. A single device can simultaneously collect data on flow rate, temperature, and pressure, eliminating the need for additional sensor installations. This significantly reduces equipment costs and cable space requirements, enabling comprehensive monitoring of operating conditions.
The output interface is highly configurable, offering options for various signal outputs such as 4–20mA, RS485, and pulses. It can seamlessly integrate with PLCs, DCS systems, and various industrial control systems. Data transmission is stable and highly compatible. The entire unit is resistant to interference and water/dust ingress, making it suitable for complex usage environments such as workshops, cleanrooms, and equipment-integrated settings.
The M6310 boasts five key advantages: ultra-small caliber, multiple installation methods, multi-parameter integration, compact size, and comprehensive functionality. These features make it the premier, cost-effective instrument for small-diameter automation integration, precise process control, and clean fluid measurement. |
