    The MicroFLOW M6780 is a state-of-the-art, fully upgraded, multi-channel, uniform magnetic field, integrated, plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter. Equipped with industry-leading multi-point uniform magnetic field core technology, it addresses the shortcomings of traditional single-point flowmeters, which suffer from large measurement deviations, uneven flow rates, and low precision. It achieves ultra-high precision measurement at the 0.5% level, making it an elite instrument for industrial high-precision trade settlements and precise process control.
    The instrument features a professional, plug-in installation design for water shut-off, paired with a 1-inch NPT standard metric thread interface, which is compatible with various industrial pipe thread base mounts. It offers strong sealing and excellent versatility, making installation quick and precise alignment possible. It is suitable for both new and existing pipeline renovation projects. The integrated, all-in-one body structure is compact, with the converter and sensor forming a single unit. The wiring is simple, and the device is easy to troubleshoot. Installation on-site is immediate, significantly reducing construction and labor costs.
    It features a core with multiple magnetic fields evenly distributed and a multi-point sampling technology, distinguishing it from ordinary single-point measurement instruments. It can uniformly cover the cross-sectional area of the pipe’s fluid flow, perfectly correcting measurement errors caused by uneven flow velocity distribution, turbulence, and eccentric flow. Whether dealing with low-flow rates, pulsating flows, or variable-condition fluids, the measurement data remains precise and stable, with excellent repeatability. This effectively resolves the industry challenge of inaccurate insertion meters and significant reconciliation discrepancies.
    The equipment employs an industrial mains power supply mode, enabling continuous and stable operation for 24 hours without any battery-related limitations. It experiences zero degradation and requires no frequent maintenance during prolonged operation. The design features a fully through-flow channel with no obstructions, featuring no mechanically movable components that can be damaged, zero pressure loss, and resistance to wastewater, mildly contaminated substances, acidic and basic conductive media.
